Exchange Information
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange your order FOR ANY REASON within 45 days form the shipment date, the exchange will be completely FREE including standard shipping.
Conditions for FREE exchange:
  • All shoes must be in the original unworn condition. (Please try on shoes on carpeting to avoid scuffing)
  • Shoes must be received in the original packaging (shoe box). Please ship the original shoe box to us inside the protective shipping packaging.
  • Damaged shoe boxes will incur a $8.00 re-boxing fee.
  • Non-shoe products cannot be exchanged for health and hygiene reasons.
  • Does not apply outside the 48 contiguous states.
  • AK, HI, and US territories must ship the items back at their own expense.
Exchange Process:
1. Fill out the RETURN/EXCHANGE form: You received a Foot Care Source Return/Exchange form in your package. (If you did not receive the form, CLICK HERE to download)
2. Package the Product: Include the Return/Exchange form in the original shipping box. (Do not stick shipping labels directly onto the shoe box)
3. Ship the Package to our Warehouse: Contact customer service to request a FREE-Pre Paid shipping label by calling 877-591-4442. Print the label and attach it to the shipping package. Drop the package off at your nearest shipment location. (Go to UPS.com to find the nearest drop off location) Our shipping address: Foot Care Source, 2645 Cody Drive, Jacksonville 32223
* Once we receive the item(s) and inspect them, we will process the exchange.
* Allow up to 3 days after receipt in our warehouse to process the exchange.
