    This strap has made a big difference in my foot pain. After my arch collapsed, even my expensive orthotics couldn't ease the pain. Now, with the heel strap, much less pain.

    After a compound ankle fracture and two surgeries, I am left with metal implants that make most shoes uncomfortable for me to wear, especially on long walks. Shoes must be low cut on both sides of my heel or else they rub on the area where the implants are located. In addition, the shoe on the side where the implants are must be considerably wider than the shoe on the other foot. These shoes are adjustable in so many different ways that they can be made to fit my two very different feet easily. I love these shoes. They are so comfortable, and not to insult orthopedic shoes, but these shoes don’t look like my grandmother’s orthopedic shoes. They are very nice looking athletic sandals, and often when I wear them I get compliments or people ask me where I got them. I couldn’t be happier with these shoes. In addition, I wasn’t sure what size to order originally, and I had to return the first pair that I received and exchange it for a different size. The return process was easy, and I was amazed at how fast I received the
    replacement shoes. I expect that I will be ordering another pair in a different color soon! Thank you Orthofeet for getting me back on the trail again.

    I love these shoes - I have bunions and hammer toes and struggle to find comfortable shoes that have style. These Naples Heel Strap (blue) shoes are very comfortable and I always get compliments on them. They look great with jeans. Follow the website recommendation and order a half size larger than normal, they run very small.

    This shoes feel great on my feet which have diabetic neuropathy. I loved Orthofeet so much that I bought two more pairs. Worth the money for all the comfort and fit.

    I get edema really bad in my legs and feet so bad that it feels like my socks are strangling me. These shoes are not only comfortable, but the ability to adjust them multiple ways is a real blessing.
