Return Information
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return your order to us FOR ANY REASON, you may do so within 45 days from the shipment date, you will receive a FULL refund, with no restocking fees. We simply ask that you pay for the return shipping. 
Conditions for full refund:
  • All shoes must be in the original unworn condition. (Please try on shoes on carpeting to avoid scuffing)
  • Shoes must be received in the original packaging (shoe box). Please ship the original shoe box to us inside the protective shipping packaging.
  • Damaged shoe boxes will incur a $8.00 re-boxing fee.
  • Non-shoe products cannot be exchanged for health and hygiene reasons.
  • Shipping costs for returns are not refundable.
  1. Complete the Return/Exchange Form: You received a Foot Care Source Return/Exchange form in your package. (If you did not receive the form CLICK HERE to download.
  2. Package the Product: Package the product and Return/Exchange form in the original shipping box (please do not stick shipping labels directly onto the shoe box)
Ship the Package back to our Warehouse:
       Option 1 - Ship the package to our warehouse. You are responsible for all shipping charges.

        Option 2 - Contact customer service and request a Pre-paid shipping label. Call 877-591-4442                                   or email us at; ( Print the label and attach it to the                                           package. Drop the package off at your nearest shipment location.
                        (Go to for your closest drop off location.) There is a $15.00 PER PAIR OF                                   SHOES convenience fee that will be deducted from your refund. 
                        Note: Shipping labels include Pre-Paid postage only, it does not cover pick up.
Refund Process:
  • Once we receive the items and inspect them, you will receive your refund.
  • Allow up to 7 days after receipt in our warehouse to process the refund.
  • The refund will be applied to your original credit card or payment method.
  • Shipping costs for returns are not refundable.
